These Terms govern your use of Genie Social (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Genie Social helps you turn links, media, and text into social captions, posters, and short-form video. Features may change over time. We may suspend or update the Service for maintenance or other reasons.

• You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age where you live).
• Keep your login details secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us at support@genie-social.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

• New accounts get a limited free allowance (7 credits). Paid usage is via subscriptions and optional credit add-ons — see Pricing.
• Monthly plans bill each month. Yearly plans bill once per year (12× monthly price unless we advertise otherwise). Credits on yearly plans are still granted monthly.
• Subscriptions renew until you cancel in the Stripe billing portal.
• One active subscription per account.
• Credits are charged when a generation starts. If a run fails, those credits are refunded to your account automatically.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where law requires, fees and unused credits are non-refundable.

You own what you upload (prompts, files, brand assets). You give us permission to host and process it — including via third-party AI providers — only to run the Service for you. You confirm you have the rights to use that material.

You may use captions, images, audio, and video created through the Service for personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms. AI output may be inaccurate or similar to other users' results. You must review it before publishing. It is not professional advice.

Do not use the Service to:

• Create illegal, hateful, or harmful content.
• Infringe others' rights or impersonate anyone.
• Attack, scrape, or disrupt the Service, or bypass credit limits.
• Violate social platform rules or applicable advertising laws.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

The Service, software, design, and branding belong to Genie Social. You get a limited right to use the Service — not to copy or resell it.

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).

You may stop using the Service anytime and cancel a subscription in billing. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Cancelling a plan does not delete your account unless you ask us to.

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, unless law requires otherwise.
